Since I was a kid, I loved eating noodles. Noodles in soup or fried noodles, I loved them all!
I didn’t know about japanese noodles until I came to China. One type of japanese noodles I have a weakness for is udon noodles. I like them because they are thick and simply amazing to eat! I had some udon noodles left from last time and some other vegetables, so I decided to cook them for lunch ( I was too lazy to go out too anyway).
The udon noodles I had were not the thick ones, just the simple ones. But hey! I can eat any kind of noodles! So chop chop!
