Last week, one of my friends invited me for eating and among the various chinese dishes we ordered, there was one particular dish that completely got our attention: broccoli. It was a simple stir fry broccoli dish but it was divine. The broccoli tasted so good and I thought I must make that dish again. It is a very simple stir-fry recipe and I wanted to share it with you folks. Hope you enjoy it!

2. Add the broccoli and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
3. Mix the light soy sauce, cornstarch and water. Add to the broccoli. Cover and cook for another 4-5 minutes on medium heat.
