Bechamel sauce with spinach

“I’m strong to the finish when I eats me spinach I Popeye the sailor man! toot toot (pipe)”
Everyone knows Popeye, the strong, muscular sailor man who gets all his strength from eating spinach…a green
vegetable most people seem to dislike. But, as far as I can remember, I always enjoyed eating spinach. My mom has
this wide variety of delicious spinach recipes and I have to say, this recipe is not only a very easy and simple kids recipe, but is a very healthy recipe for everyone, be it adults or young ones. It is basically a bechamel sauce cooked with spinach. Bechamel sauce or white sauce is a very popular sauce and can be used in many ways.
The bechamel sauce in this post is a very quick and easy recipe, compared to the traditional recipe. This recipe is perfect for those who are in a hurry and are starving (like I was when I did it today)!
