Lemon Ginger tea is the best home-made flu remedy ever. Whenever I get a sore throat or I feel I might be getting down with a cold, I make this healthy tea. It’s winter here in Beijing now, and it is very, very, very cold. I am drinking this Lemon Ginger Tea almost everyday and it is really energizing, especially in the mornings! I usually make one pot and keep in a thermos or in a kettle so I can heat it whenever I want to drink, but keeping in a thermos is usually a much better idea because I can carry it whenever I go out.
