First of all, I am terribly sorry I haven’t posted any new recipe for a very long time now! To compensate for that, I decided to share with you this amazingly easy chicken meatballs recipe! Chicken balls, also known as chicken koftas in many parts of the world. Koftas/Meatballs are usually made of minced or ground meat like beef, lamb, chicken mixed with spices and/or onions. They can be eaten by themselves as appetizer, or in a sauce.
